Dsw stores are generally reliable, but the Hall Rd location is unacceptable. I purchased Dolce Vita sandals in size 7.5 via store pickup, but the shoes are defective and do not match the size. When I returned them, the staff claimed they were used, which is false because the size is clearly 6.5, and they do not fit. It is evident that the staff are displaying discriminatory behavior to inconvenience me. Two white employees, one male and one female, accused the shoes of being used without cause—however, I had no issues returning this items at other store. I contacted customer service, and they offered only $10 in compensation for the trouble caused. This store is untrustworthy, and I advise others to avoid it. Such discrimination has no place in retail; it reflects poorly on the establishment and should be addressed immediately.

Been there a few times over the past 5 years, ok visits before but this was the first time a review was warranted. An employee started hounding my girlfriend, had to take control of the situation while my gf tried on a few more pairs of shoes. We left without making a purchase.

I love shoes and this DSW has a better selection than the store in Chesterfield.
