  great buying process and nice girls working! it seems like most of the negative reviews are from people who don't seem to understand that the store can only buy brand new and gently used clothing. as long as u wash your clothes you should be fine lol, definitely give them a try! would sell again and need a separate paycheck to shop LOL

  Everything I brought it was items that were on the list I brought in different items not just clothes that I know u guys take u just didn’t wanna deal with my stuff and that’s ok camera don’t lie … it’s absolutely ridiculous hollister and stuff you do take so don’t even come back with your comments im still reporting you guys thank you bye . Sellers be aware dont bring ur items here look at the review they take dusty hairy items but say there’s stuff wrong with clothes and there isnt anything wrong

  I’ll be calling hr this place needs to be shut down they think it’s a joke going through peoples stuff and throwing it back in bags I have the bigger lady on camera just not even going through them

  Kids are running this place ! - If you are looking to sell your clothes , do not come here !! You get pennies for your items , no matter what the manager will be on the employee’s side , they barely look through your items if you bring in a lot , & so much more ! The kids ran to the manager because I kept calling to get to the manager , because of my experience , but they got to her before I did & made up their own stories . They wouldn’t give me her number , so I called one more time before contacting headquarters & she told me she’s picking their side . Sell your items on Depop , Poshmark , & etc - you might get better deals at a different store . The kids have been running the store for so long they can get away with how you are being treated & etc . The manager wouldn’t give me her manager number - she told me to go find it ! This place gets no more energy from me !!
