- MRMatt RunyanJul 30, 20265.0I have been searching for a worthwhile fire suppression vendor for 5 years with no luck. Signing contracts, becoming severely disappointed and having to replace them at the end of the contract. I have used 6 companies and have never been satisfied. I was calling and vetting out vendors one day when my receptionist told me someone was at the office and wanted to talk with me about fire suppression. Divine? Brittany had stopped in as she was leaving a family event near my office, to introduce herself (on her own time) and it couldn't have happened at a better time. I was actively pursuing a new vendor and I was not having luck. I gave Brittany a tour of our facility and she told me the history of her company and how proud she was of her entire team. We discussed service offerings, pricing (which was lower than my current vendor), and she also discovered things that were not done properly from my current vendor. I quickly knew that we would be hiring Thompson Safety for as many services that we could, and we did. Shortly after meeting Brittany, we needed a fire panel replaced. Jenn in the office was very helpful in getting everything lined up and keeping things moving. Christien was the technician for the fire panel installation. A brilliant young man with loads of knowledge and a passion for doing good work at a fair and honest price. Christien was on time, communicated well, does high quality work, and is trustworthy. Thank you Brittany, for introducing your company to me. You solved an immensely frustrating situation for me when I was running out of options and felt stonewalled. If you need a fire suppression vendor, call Thompson and have it done the right way.
