- MCMichelle ClemonsJul 21, 20264.0I called from out of town to order funeral flowers. I'm giving them four stars because the last person I dealt with saved the order and the flowers were beautiful. Because our flowers were coming from a company for a high-profile funeral, I wanted a ribbon with our company name. However on the website they have standard ribbons and no where to request customization. I paid for the order and called to ask if they could make a custom ribbon. I was told it could only have 10 letters and our company had 12 letters. I expressed disappointment and the woman had an "oh well" attitude as we ended the call. Our CEO was disappointed to hear that we wouldn't have our name on the flowers, so I called back on Sunday which was one day prior to the funeral to see if anything could be done. I called and got the same woman on the phone and somehow, during my 2nd request about the ribbon, she said she was going to ask someone about the two-letter extension. In the midst of putting me on hold, she disconnected me from the call. So, I made a third call. This time, a different woman answered and she had absolutely no problem with putting our name on the ribbon! I didn't have to explain anything, and she was very happy to help. My CEO was there and pleased with the flowers. I could see them on the livestream and was also pleased. Had I not gone through so much for two letters, my rating would have been a five. I really wanted to give a five because my maternal grandmother's last name was "Pugh."
