I kept getting letters in the mail saying I “didn’t pay my bill.” I called them several times telling them I had in fact paid. The letters kept coming. Called a few more times with the promise of “I’ll have the manager get with you about this! We’re sorry!” No call from a manager… I finally offered to send a screenshot of where it showed the money came out of my bank account… they said it wasn’t necessary…. I’m STILL getting letters telling me they’re “adding to the balance because I didn’t pay.” Never again…
