  Gliks South haven is always a must stop when I’m in town, the staff is always extremely helpful and friendly and they carry a great variety of clothing items. They have earned my business each and every time I stop in!

  Upon entering the Gliks in South Haven, the wall with the shoe/sandals caught my attention as did the selection of wrangler purses. I selected a sandal and tried to find an associate to help me. I looked towards the front counter and three associates stood behind the counter having a conversation . I would think at least one of them were to acknowledge I was standing at the shoe wall with one in hand, obviously needing the appropriate size. As I approached the counter, none of them even acknowledged me. At that time another customer came in with a return, and all three of the employees focused on assisting that one customer , so much so, that they blatantly ignored me standing there holding a shoe. Between three employees I would expect atleast one them to offer to assist me, I guess doing that would only interfere with their personal conversations. I’m unsure why it takes three employees to do one return, when there is another customer standing there that also needs assistance. Very disappointed, I put the shoe back and left without making any purchases.

  I loved this store. They had helpful employees and checked on us every once in a while. They also had some very good prices and deals.

  After having a not so nice experience in a few other retail stores in downtown South Haven, I was pleasantly surprised at the stellar customer service I found at Glik's. The sales associates were pleasant and helpful, even gift wrapping my purchase for me. Honestly, I had not intended on making a purchase there but after being treated so rudely at other stores I thought I'd have a look and ended up finding exactly what I needed. I'll be back!

  Tried to return a piece and they wouldn’t take it because it was missing one of the tags, but it had the price tag and the receipt from just the day before.
