- SHS HJun 6, 20261.0I was a long time customer. I ordered OTC orthotics and shoes four months ago. I received a call a week later when my shoes came in, and I was told that the orthotics would be in on Monday. I never received a call. When I called Verfaillie, I was told that the orthotics were on back order. Each time I called over the past few months, I was told that the orthotics were on back order, or I left a message for the manager but received no return call. I even contacted the manufacturer to see if the orthotics were on back order. They weren't. After numerous calls, I finally spoke to Rob for the second time (He never returned my call the first time.). He said that there was a distribution issue with the orthotics, and they were coming in on Monday. Again I received no call. I called to find out that the orthotics were in and was told that they would be at the SCS store. It turns out that they also spelled my name wrong! Yes they had a big move. That is no excuse not to call a client back. After this experience, I would not trust them to order anything again since they take the money up front. They might not be able to control a distribution issues, but the radio silence on their end was unacceptable.

I just recently brought two pairs of my lounoutins to this place to be repaired and resoled, the staff was so nice and very helpful. Prices are not outrageous and are very fair. One pair of my boots needed a stitch repaired and he so nicely glued it to allow me to wear it for my birthday and then could be brought back for professional repair. Both my boots and my heels look fantastic after being fixed here. Thank you! Will be back again
