The associate very sternly said I cannot use the gift card if im using a coupon. I told her it's a GIFT CARD...LIKE MONEY. Nope, she refused to let me use it. Ridiculous!! A few weeks later, I made another purchase, with a different associate, used a coupon & she happily accepted the gift card to use toward this purchase.

- DDDutchinawJan 19, 20261.0The store is falling apart. Staff seems very unhappy and the escalator railing is hepatitis waiting to happen. All the clothing sections were not zoned and felt like they haven't been in a very long time. The lighting in the men's section seemed to flash and def needs a bulb change. The floors and carpets were sticky and need a good redo. Staff was rude and so so unhelpful.
