Write Impressions failed to hold up to its name by not making good on the first impression our guests received upon receiving their wedding invitation. After politely reaching out to the vendor for some sort of compensation they chose to say sorry, they have never had a complaint and the manufacturer holds to their product even though over 25% of our guests had to shred their wedding invitation envelopes to pieces in order to get to the invitation. It did not create a great first impression, it was embarrassing and after reaching out to write impressions with photos and requesting compensation on the envelopes they did nothing. Oh well, last time we will recommend them and you should be very careful with your order too because it is what it is!
