  The mecca for top shelf Hockey/Baseball/Football gear. I will put the knowledge behind the counter here up against any sports shop in the world, period. Best of the best embroidery and custom work, too. Family owned and operated - sorry, Pure Hockey - checks gonna need to be a little bigger to shut these guys down.

  Terrible service. First time in there and I needed a stocking stitched, they said it would take over 2 months which I was fine with. I was being very nice and friendly despite how rude the man who was “helping me” was. I asked to change something before I walked out and the man was clearly annoyed slammed the box back down and was so rude I was left speechless. I should have right then and there took my business elsewhere. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was having a bad day. Fast forward 2 months later and when I picked up my stocking, the name was clearly off center and looked nothing like I had asked for. I made it clear I wanted large letters and I got tiny and off center. For people that stitch for a living my mind was blown. I got the same rude man again and when asked for a refund was not given an apology or anything of the sort. Just super rude. Such unprofessional behavior. I can’t believe I waited 2 months and got such a terrible result. I’m not a picky person and this is my first ever BAD review. I just want to warn anyone to avoid this place because you will walk out having a way worse day then when you walked in.
