The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable and recommended that we keep it as/is (Calvary Stetson hat) and helped resize it for him and didn’t charge us a thing!! Super friendly staff and great selection all the way around!! We will definitely go back there for boots and attire, here on out.

I brought my hat into zack and damn it looks better than when i bought it. This store has everything from shirts..boots..buckles .hats and seevice that is unmatched. I highly recommend this amazing place ...thank you zack for making my hat better than it was when i bought it.

They repaired the split in sloe on my boot for free while I waited. Couldn't be happier, Thank you Chester Boot shop!
