They do not appraise collections as advertised they just make offers pennies over face value they dropped and damaged a $1,500 coin after they offered $1.04 for it they offered a total of $112 for a collection that’s valued over $4500 ungraded and $35-75,000 graded. Not impressed. Will not be returning. (Update) I was attempting to get an appraisal to know how to insure my collection prior to submitting to pcgs. I will post an update after they return as expected

Learned day after that my Mom and Aunt sold some coins of my grandparents. I remember as a kid going into the bank safety deposit box and seeing a 1892 Colombian Exposition coin and 1899 large size note that captured my attention along with a gold coin. I called up the shop hoping that i could buy back the coins and bill from them. I was fully expecting a margin upsell but the owner understood the situation and was willing to sell the few items mentioned back at the price that he bought them for. I was very appreciative and want the shop to know how impressed I am of their business ethics.

Great job staying alert and helping protect an elderly lady from being scammed. It's wonderful to see a business that genuinely looks out for people and takes the time to step in when something doesn't seem right. Now I definitely want to stop by for a visit, and buy some coins (silver, gold). Keep up the great work!

I just saw that you helped one of your older customers 🧓🏼out of being scammed by online scammers. You could have made a quick sale selling her the gold coins, but instead realized something was wrong and contacted police. 👮🏼 It's great to see you and your local police force working together to put these scammers that ruin lives in jail!
