  Love the selection of clothing & shoes here, but the customer service experience leaves much to be desired. I’ve had quite a few negative experiences here with salespeople being downright rude to me, including my most recent visit the other day. One woman who works there has been particularly short with me on multiple occasions, as if I’m annoying her with my mere presence. Looking at past reviews, it seems like I’m not the only one who feels this way. Many negative reviews about poor customer service have responses from management apologizing and vowing to strive to do better. And yet, it continues to occur. So disappointing & lame.

  Service is everything and improvements are encouraged. It’s all about the customer service. Rudeness is not an option in retail. It can damage a business. To tell your customers to “get out” 15 minutes before closing that you are closing and “you can come back tomorrow.” It could be done in a nicer, more friendly way. This is a great little clothing establishment but I also do not understand the need for selling heavy winter clothes in the store in middle of spring/beginning of summer (and this was not in the sale section).

  Left after waiting for a dressing room for several minutes, as the two adult workers were chatting it up with the young adult workers at the desk. We were in their vision also, I dont know why we keep giving this place the time of the day. DONE.

  Great shopping experience! We were greeted with kindness and our little chihuahua was welcome to come in and received a treat. Thank you for making my shopping experience extra special, we will be back! I always love shopping the selection of sunglasses and accessories.
