- IRIsmail RusselSep 14, 20265.0I forgot the name of the staff member who helped me, but she was so kind and welcoming. I had my three-year-old daughter with me, and she was especially sweet to her and even offered her a lollipop. That little gesture really stood out to me and made the whole experience feel very personal. I originally planned to buy just one, but I ended up buying three because of how helpful and friendly she was.
- FFFrankAug 10, 20265.0Came to Lululemon at the village of Rochester and had the best experience! Thanks to the great service from Joe and Jen! They made it super helpful and easy to find what I was looking for.
- LLLoganJul 2, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this Lululemon location. I recently brought in a pair of shorts that I had purchased within the last year because they developed a rip, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The team took the time to inspect them, explained the quality promise, and replaced them completely free of charge. The entire process was fast, professional, and completely hassle-free. This level of customer service is incredibly rare today. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I left satisfied. It’s refreshing to shop at a company that truly stands behind the quality of its products and treats customers with respect. Experiences like this are exactly why I’ll continue buying Lululemon gear and recommending them to friends and family. Their products are outstanding, but their commitment to customer satisfaction is what truly sets them apart. Absolutely incredible service from start to finish—an easy 5-star experience!
- JLJim LarueJun 16, 20265.0This was my first time at this store. I was there shopping with my adult daughter, looking for a birthday gift for her. I was surprised that they had menswear. The clerks were very polite and respectful. I found a nice golf shirt to buy. My daughter was happy with the pants she found.
