I literally thought the mall closed later and I barely had 1 minute to spare. She was quickly able to find some really nice heels and purses . She was super kind and all by herself. A month later I came into the store looking for something else and she remembered me! I was super shocked because I know she has thousands of customers. It felt great coming back and her remembering who I was. She helped again with some fashion tips for yet another last minute event. If you want great customer service with some fashionable tips for any event Ashley is your girl! She is AWESOME! I definitely think she should be promoted to a territory manager. I know we will lose her in the okemos area, but she deserves it because she really is EXCELLENT at what she does. Thank you Ashley!
