It was our first time shopping at Windsor and WOW—such an amazing experience! We had gone to another store first where the dresses were nice but overpriced, so a friend recommended Windsor and I’m so glad we came.
The in-store team was incredible—so kind, attentive, and truly dedicated. Even though she had a specific dress in mind, they pulled multiple options, helped her try things on, and even opened brand-new boxes to show us newly arrived dresses. Every associate we interacted with was friendly and helpful.
We ended up ordering three dresses to be shipped home, but later I noticed one was marked as an in-store purchase. I called and spoke with the store manager, Crystal, and she went above and beyond. I live almost an hour away and work weekdays, so going back wasn’t easy. She kindly walked me through the return and reorder process over the phone, making everything simple and stress-free.
From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I’ll definitely be recommending this store and will be back for my younger daughter’s homecoming!

I shop a lot at this store to the point I would say im a loyal customer. But unfortunately, I had a very bad experience there.
I bought a top a couple days ago and I forgot my coupon at home. So the next day I went to go to see if they could apply the coupon on since it expires on the 31st. The one girl was new and said she would go ask her manager. I’m not sure if they are under new management or not but the way he was talking to me was as if he was disgusted by me or as if i was stupid. They said they can’t do that. I said okay no worries.
I asked to return the item and then I will repurchase it with the coupon. The girl went back to ask the manager again. I told them they’ve done it before for me and they just gave me the difference. Mind you, the top was only 30$ and 15% is like 5$ back. I also work 2 retail jobs at different companies as well and we are allowed to do this. and the fact that they’ve done it before for me… doesn’t make sense that they told me no to returning the item then repurchasing with my coupon.
The manager came out to talk to me saying even if they do that it wouldn’t work. which it CAN work because they’ve done it BEFORE. both the manger and the 2nd girl were extremely rude and had an attitude about the whole thing. Telling me it’s my fault for not having my coupon. like.. yes i know.. that’s why im here to return and use it. the girl made a comment of “you cant use the coupon that they give you on the same day on the same transaction” and I told her that this is a completely different coupon i got weeks ago!!!! she rolled her eyes at me. so i told them to keep the shirt if it’s going to be THAT big of an issue. They kept my original receipt AND MY COUPON!!!
I don’t understand why this was such an issue? why couldn’t they do the return then repurchasing? what’s the difference if i return it, they put it on the shelf, i grab it AND BUY it AGAIN??? instead of them loosing $5 for the difference they lost $30!!
i’m super upset and disappointed in management there. i’m disappointed with the way i was treated with the tone and eye rolls. I’m not one to ever complain or make a big deal out of things.. ever.. but this made me super upset because i shop at windsor SO MUCH! i’ve never been treated like this before. at any store.
Don't shop here if you wanna get ripped off. I toom this to check put and was suppose to be $1 with tax 1.06 however they wanna charge me 6 times more then that and with a mark on the bag. I asked for them to look as they false advertised it since it says a $1 they said no its more. She then asked her manager and they were rude and saying it's not a $1. Will never buy here again and will be telling all my family and friends about this. Rude and bad experience. I called customer care and they said bring to manager attention as they need to adjust it. They did not.!

The young man in there was incredibly patient with everything. He was the only one in there working when we went in. We were there today at 12:30, we didn’t ketch the mans name but he definitely deserves a raise. There was a line practically out the door and he still was cheerful and nice as he checked us out. Keep up the good work!
My daughter loves this store!
