This one of the best locations I have been to in a while & I'm a windsor shopper. I shop Windsor all the time . The staff here was amazing , very helpful , very friendly , the store was neat & Easy to find items I needed. They had so many choices & helped me find the perfect out for my birthday . Thanks KD & Jojo you guys made my experience even better .

Had to wait in a line to even get into the store... the line was blocking the front of the door & creating a fire hazard as its the only exit (see attached pic). The associate at the door was letting girls in without their moms, leaving their parent at the door waiting bc they were "at capacity." There was only 40 people in the store. When i pointed this out, I was met with a very rude & condescending manager who informed me that i didn't have to wait & could go somewhere else. I completely understand why this store has such a low rating. I expected better. NEVER AGAIN.

The store employees were extremely rude and wouldn’t even turn around to look at me when I asked a question. Not to mention they forgot to take the security tag off, so now I have to drive another 40 minutes just to get that off.

It was crazy in there! Everyone was helpful. The wait for the dressing rooms was long on a Sunday, but understandable.
