  What a pleasant experience I had at Tappers .soon as I walked in the door I was directed to the person I was there to see his name was Conner..he took his time to make sure all my questions were answered an I left.there 100% happy with his professional .help he was able to offer me.Great job.

  Overall, we had a lovely experience at Tapper’s while choosing my engagement ring. Maria G was incredibly patient and really took her time to make sure I was happy with the final ring, which helped ease my nerves (as someone who can be pretty indecisive and particular about things). After lots of back and forth, we finally landed on the perfect ring. Thank you so much, Maria, for your patience, support and help bringing our vision to life!

  I had such a great experience working with Matthew at Tapper’s for my Rolex purchase. He made the entire process incredibly simple, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish. Matthew was knowledgeable, patient, and transparent throughout the whole experience, and I really appreciated his honest feedback and advice, especially when it came to properly caring for and maintaining the watch. He took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making the process feel overwhelming or pressured. Buying a Rolex can feel like a big process, but Matthew made it easy and exciting. I would highly recommend working with him to anyone looking to purchase a Rolex!

  Got “The Call” from Grant at Tapper’s yesterday. How very exciting! Top notch experience with Grant. I really enjoyed the experience. He took the time to make sure I was taken care of, from sizing to operation and best practices. From the first day I met Grant he was genuine and sincere in his efforts to secure me a time piece. I appreciate his candor, very refreshing. I hope to continue our relationship as I continue to build my collection.

  This was my first time coming here, and I couldn’t have had a better experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and helped by such friendly and knowledgeable staff. I came in looking for a Rolex, and Matt was incredibly helpful. He took the time to go over all of my options, answer all of my questions, and help me find exactly what I was looking for. He even placed the order for me, making the entire process so easy. I came back to the store another time, and Grant assisted me purchasing my watch. He was just as kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Matt and Grant are both truly wonderful to work with and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be coming back!
