  Wanted to take a moment to thank Rhonda for everything! We have worked with her for the last couple of years and she has been there for some very big milestones within my family and made sure we had the right gifts! She never pressures us to buy anything and will even advise against purchases if she feels it isn’t right! You know you’ll always get the truth from her.   I recently purchased a Rolex Explorer I from Tappers, and I cannot say enough about the experience - specifically because of Matthew. From the moment I walked in, he set the tone for what became one of my most meaningful purchases. I came to Tappers with a very personal story. My mother passed away ten years ago, and I had been holding onto the value of the jewelry she left me, waiting for the right moment and the right piece - something I could carry with me every single day as I work in the hospital, now as a medical student, and in the future as a physician. Matthew listened to all of this with genuine care. He never rushed me, never made me feel like just another transaction, and never lost sight of what this purchase actually meant to me on a human level. That kind of attentiveness is rare anywhere, let alone in a retail setting. His communication throughout the entire process was incredible: prompt, transparent, and always thoughtful. What struck me most, though, was his authenticity. You can tell immediately that Matthew genuinely loves what he does and genuinely cares about the people he's helping. That warmth was ultimately the deciding factor in choosing Tappers over several other options I was considering. At the end of it all, I attempted to tip him as a gesture of gratitude. He graciously declined, explaining it was against company policy, and he did so in a way that only made me respect him more. Matthew is a true asset to Tappers.   I've been a loyal customer of Tappers for several years and have had a consistently frustrating experience when it comes to acquiring a Rolex watch. Despite being told repeatedly that "something should come in soon," I've now been waiting over three years—with nothing to show for it but empty promises. What makes this even more disheartening is that I’ve referred several friends to Tappers who have purchased expensive jewelry, all hoping that my loyalty and support would be recognized in some tangible way. Unfortunately, it feels like there's no real system for referrals or customer prioritization—just vague reassurances that lead nowhere. The infamous "list" I'm supposedly on feels more like a formality than a real process. The salesman Darrius and manager Paul have dragged me through this process and have come up short every time. The broader structure of the store seems indifferent to long-time, loyal clients like myself. It genuinely hurts to leave a one-star review, especially because I’ve tried to remain patient and understanding. But after years of being strung along, I feel I’ve been left with no other option. I hope this review encourages some self-reflection within the company. People want transparency, honesty, and to feel valued—not just lip service.
