  My mom and I ate at the Bistro today. This was our second time and I must say the food and service was amazing. I had the French dip, and I believe it was the best I’ve ever had! We will be back.

  The Uggs we ordered online dont look right. The inseam on one foot isn't right. These are going back.

  I went to Nordstrom an hour before closing when most employees would be rushing to leave. Instead amazing Joanna in the dress department at Novi Nordstrom was bending over backwards to help me find a dress that I needed to a special occasion. Then the seamstress, Idina, came to the fitting room to see if she could help me with the dress Joanna helped me to find in my size. Idina went above and beyond so naturally to help me with the alterations. I left with a gorgeous dress to be altered and completely felt like I was at a high end boutique as though I was the only customer shopping. Idina was such a blessing and talented, she knew exactly how to make the alterations to make the dress beautiful. PLEASE pass this to novi Nordstroms management team. These ladies need to be recognized!! Thank you so so much ladies, you blessed my day!
