  Horrible customer service ! If I could give a zero to this location I would. The store Manager was mean and sarcastic when I wanted to return an item purchased just one week prior to returning it. Apparently you can not return or exchange an item that was partially paid for with an exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS! I did not know about this policy. I will never shop there again. The manager was very unprofessional and mean. She clearly doesn't have good management skills. When I said that I will not be returning to this store because of how I was treated she said "GOOD"!. There are many other stores that sell similar items where people are treated with respect, I'll shop there.

  Multiple employees made the shopping experience very easy, and their assistance made the process much quicker than I anticipated. I didn’t expect such hospitality from really anyone in the store, but I was happily surprised by their kindness. 5/5 Stars⭐️

  I purchased yoga pants in December of 2025 and the pants got a hole on the knee area where you can clearly see the fabric was weak. I tried to exchange the pants, well within the 1 year warranty but I was told that the items have to be washed before, because I was wearing the pants at the time. I asked, when others return their items or exchange them, how do the employees know it’s washed? They just assume that it is and honestly that’s not okay because I should have been given the new pants or let me wear them and keep the old ones. Being told to wash the pants before, where no one can tell if someone has washed their items before returned it’s not right because I was well within the year statue of limitation.

  Worst customer service and management. There was a line of 20 people and ONE person working the cash register although there were other workers. Poor selection and store organization as well. If you want a better experience go to literally any other Lululemon location.
