  I purchased yoga pants in December of 2025 and the pants got a hole on the knee area where you can clearly see the fabric was weak. I tried to exchange the pants, well within the 1 year warranty but I was told that the items have to be washed before, because I was wearing the pants at the time. I asked, when others return their items or exchange them, how do the employees know it’s washed? They just assume that it is and honestly that’s not okay because I should have been given the new pants or let me wear them and keep the old ones. Being told to wash the pants before, where no one can tell if someone has washed their items before returned it’s not right because I was well within the year statue of limitation.

  As someone who works in the clothing industry it's unbelievably sad that people would spend this much on bland basic clothing. 😅 These are clearly maybe $15 bucks to being generous $35 but because the names brand is on it they inflate the prices so damn high. But whatever rich people and mommy and daddy's credit cards being spent on garbage. You could get product exactly like this for way less if you were smart about it.

  Worst customer service and management. There was a line of 20 people and ONE person working the cash register although there were other workers. Poor selection and store organization as well. If you want a better experience go to literally any other Lululemon location.
