- ZKZahra KiaAug 19, 20263.0The store itself looks like any other JCPenney—clean and well organized—but unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at JCPenney; The issue was when the cashier asked me to create an account to get a discount. I told her that I already had an account, but she kept looking at me as if I didn’t understand what she was saying. Her attitude and facial expression made the interaction very uncomfortable. Then she insisted that I apply for a JCPenney credit card. When I politely declined, her facial expression and attitude changed immediately. I understand that employees are expect to promote credit cards and discounts, but customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable or judged for saying no. After this experience, I honestly have no desire to return to this store. Very disappointing. It was on 08/ 19 at 5:49

I was doing a big back to school shopping trip for my kids and had quite a lot of items, but Darius was so patient and pleasant throughout checkout.
