  I'll have to say that the employee were all so friendly just as they were at Macy's. Since I lost 4 whole inches after all my leg surgeries I had but I never thought about how clothes would fit me. I always ended up picking out clothes from the petite section but could never wear them because I was 5'7" and now 5'3". I held a regular pair of pants up to my body and the waist came up to my neck almost. I was floored. So I found a lady that went above and beyond the difference between regular and petite sizing which is really only the length. Even dresses and shorts fit me too long now. That never crossed my mind until that day. I was rather upset but this sales lAdy made me feel much better after explaining everything to me. The one thing about JC Penney is that the layout is terrible. I'm Shamed to say I actually got lost at one point and thought I'd get stuck in there because it was also very hard to find any sales people. I stumbled upon a salon in JC Penny and remembered how back in highschool that was the place to go to get our hair done in the mall. I was so far behind in my little adventure I figured I'll try it again. I wanted more layers to my bob and wanted to go from streaked blonde hair to rose gold and it turned out beautifully. Before I left the mall that day I got several compliments on the color and style. The designer Jaylyn was incredible. I was having such a hard time finding a place I liked being new to the area and of all places I found it right in JC Penny. My designer and another lady who was maybe the manager both looked at hair and took their time did using what color and how to mix it etc... to get it to work with my current color. My family even commented on how the matched my skin so well and it was such a different but nice color. I am 57 so didn't want to look older woman trying to look like a teenager. I'll definitely be back. I'd give the salon 5 stars but I didn't see a separate review for it. I have JCP 4 stars due to the layout that just made no sense to me and the lack of help.

  April over at the jewelry department helped us fix the watch band. She was patient and pleasant, all the staff at the jewelry section from Karen to Mo were A1! Thank you all for helping all at individual times

  We're thankfully able to find some spring clothes for my mom. She was happy 😊

  Store was a bit disorganized and not a lot of stock. Fitting rooms don't seem to have been updated ever.
