She was incredibly warm and kind, and struck that perfect balance of being helpful without ever feeling intrusive—honestly, a skill you can’t teach. She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and stayed patient and encouraging the entire time. After trying on what felt like 20 different items, she didn’t give up and helped me find two amazing outfits that I feel confident in for my event. I’m so grateful for her help! Also, Rosie was an absolute doll—so personable and welcoming. The whole experience made such a difference. Highly recommend stopping in and working with this team!
