  Had the most awesome young lady help us today. Bought a complete suit, including vest, 3 shirts, 2 ties and a pair of shoes. The person who assisted us was amazing!

  I had a great experience at DXL. The staff was friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. We found a lot of great bargains, and the frequent sales—especially the 40% off promotions—make a huge difference. In today’s economy, it’s hard to justify paying full price, so the discounts are definitely appreciated. One thing that stood out was the customer service. If a staff member saw you carrying a few items, they were quick to offer a fitting room and were always available to answer questions or help find what you needed. The store was well-stocked, organized, and easy to shop. The only downside was the shoe selection. I was hoping for a larger variety of shoes, but the inventory seemed somewhat limited. That was a bit disappointing, but it wasn’t enough to take away from an otherwise excellent shopping experience. Overall, I give DXL 5 stars for their outstanding customer service, great sales, and welcoming atmosphere.

  Nice store. Clean and attractive. Kind and helpful employees. Easy to get someone to open dressing rooms. Only complaint was a bit of a small selection of jeans both in styles and amount.

  My go to store for shoes. No one has a selection of wide shoes like DXL.

  The store clerk female woah i knew her name as she always helps me when i shop for my brother and nephew .. She is wonderful !!
