- GSGreg SmithSep 3, 20265.0Great service. They didn't have what I was looking for in there store. So she checked the Novi store. They had it on hold at the Novi store great service there as well.
- KSKristen SocolovitchAug 23, 20261.0Tag was on a shoe and when my son went to go take it off it ripped the shoe. They hadn’t even been worn and they wouldn’t exchange them even though the customer service number said they should have. Cashier was going to help out but managers could care less. Overpriced as well.
- OOO22Aug 17, 20263.0Went on 8/17 around 2pm. The cashier with long curly blonde hair was very rude. There were multiple signs around the store stating a Buy One Get One half off sale and when we got to the register there was no discount applied. We asked the cashier and she looked at us like we were stupid before responding, “It’s Sunday” as if we were supposed to know this meant the deal was over. The signs should be taken down immediately after the deal is over and this cashier needs to treat guests better. Many other complaints about her on here, not shocked. Other workers around the store were very nice but not her (didn’t catch her name)
- ENErica NadjarianAug 10, 20262.0Three days ago, I arrived a couple of minutes before 8 PM to donate shoes, but the door wasn’t opened for me. Shortly after, another customer arrived and the door was opened for her. Today, I came back about four minutes before 8 PM and again I was not let in. I left feeling confused and upset by what felt like inconsistent treatment. If there’s a policy about entry before closing, I’d appreciate knowing what it is. If not, I hope this can be reviewed so all customers are treated consistently and respectfully.
- JSJill StodolaAug 8, 20263.0Huge selection of shoes, purses and accessories. My one complaint with them is I couldn't use the bathroom without the help of an associate . Major inconvenience!! .
