We had to tell her more than a few times that we weren’t interested before she acquiesced and cashed us out.

Email said my card wouldn’t be charged and gave me a 20% off coupon (which only works for few brands that I wouldn’t buy anyways). Funds are still being held as pending in my bank account the following Wednesday. Not worth the inconvenience and disappointment.

She was very rude to her coworker who was apparently just trying to provide chat about upcoming prices and changes. I understand sometimes there's a cultural thing where it may seem rude but its not but she was clearly being rude to her. She stated she had been here 14 years so she "knows everything" thats exactly what she said. So her co worker gave up and went on her break. I was quite appalled at the unprofessionalism. But if you've been there 14 years and this is how unhappy you are maybe, its time for a change. I understand a bad day, and even a bad life, but please dont spew it out on others. It took me a while to shake that negative energy off. Because I was in a very happy mood until that happened, then I noticed how grumpy I was becoming towards others after I left and I realized why. Negativity really is contagious. Other then that the shoe shopping experience was fun.
