  Brought in huge bags of clothes(freshly washed, new with tags, name brands that are accepted) and was told it would be an hour, walked around for 2 minutes and left and immediately was texted back before my car was even out of the parking lot saying they couldn’t offer me anything on probably 90 items. Didnt speak to me or look at me when I came back in and upon opening my bags I really believe they weren’t even looked at. Pretty disappointing experience as someone who frequently buys and sells at the Grand rapids location.

  When you go to sell your clothes here they give you a shorter wait time if you stay in the store, which is what I did. It’s a very awkward experience hearing them behind the counter talk about your clothes while they’re sorting through them. The two girls were laughing and pointing out how some of the items “won’t fit anybody” because something I brought didn’t “have any stretch to it” ?? Overall it was just a weird experience. What they choose to purchase from you depends on who the people are that are sorting through your clothes.
