I called asking for the guns department and they put me through to someone who was not helpful at all. I asked if they could look up the record of when I purchased my shotgun and he said that they had no way to do that BUT if I found my receipt then he could help me. When I asked what he would be able to help me with after that, he said "hold onto your receipts" and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and and didn't even pretend to care.

Very rundown, dirty store. Tons of trash on floor in front of checkout counter and throughout store. Cashier leaning on counter playing on his phone. No one in shoe department to ask for help. It was impossible to walk down a few aisles due to all the shoes that have that were all over on the floor. Unfortunately it's not what it used to be.

They don't have items their website shows as in stock. Made a special trip for nothing.
