  Absolutely loved this jeweler! They were extremely easy to work with on our custom design and provided lots of support throughout the process. We worked with Lois who was able to find the exact center stone I dreamed of and worked to bring my ideas to life. Lots of great options to try on in store too!

  We were in a family predicament. Dawn went above and beyond to help. I was also pleasantly surprised to be acknowledged and permitted to look through the store, not stalked like I'm on a used car lot. Very comfortable store environment. Not much of a jewelry person, a few timeless pieces is all-this will be my go to place in the future.

  Missed up my order, took weeks to get it , causing me to miss my daughters birthday Their customer support is horrible I will never buy from them again

  Sold my jewelry in layaway after paying $500 dollars. I’m sickened and disgusted. Carroll Ochs I hope you are ashamed yourselves. Offered nothing for their mistake except paying full price for a new item. I am heartbroken do not trust them with your money.
