went to sell clothes for the first time , as i’ve heard lots of great things about it . i had a horrible experience. for one i had a giant hefty garbage bag of clothes , another garbage bag full of shoes and a pair of STEEL TOE BOOTS UNWORN STILL IN THE BOX , all that’s missing was the laces which could’ve easily been replaced . not one item from my large quantity was taken . not a singular thing. i am so disappointed i will not be supporting this business , apparently they’re too boujie for me !!! 🤣 don’t plan on selling your clothes here unless you got strictly fashion nova, true religion, juicy couture, or any other high brand clothes. what a joke ! -881

This was the first Plato's closet I've ever been to. Years and years ago when they first came around. My favorite one for the longest time. The last year or so I've been there a couple of times. I found a few things for work but barely. Nothing to wear outside of work. They're closed look like they were leftover from what value world and Goodwill did not want. I'm shocked by the quality and the cost. But when you try to sell them things they want to give you next to nothing and sell it for some crazy price. I promise you go ahead and try. But you would be better off going to the Goodwill down the street.

Full of it! I took a tote bin of clothes, shoes and purses in today to be sold. Everything was nicely laundered and folded. It hadn’t even been 5 minutes before I received a text saying my but was complete. They NEVER even took the things out of the bin to inspect. Everything was still as it was when I brought the bin in. The sales associate I saw when I went back in said they passed on my items due to “holes, wear and stuff”. I couldn’t believe she stood there and lied to my face! Let me also add that I live in a smoke free, pet free home so I’d like to know why my items weren’t inspected and just passed on.
