  Extremely disappointing experience at this Dunham’s, specifically with a manager named Kevin. I was purchasing Remington .22LR ammunition that was listed directly on Dunham’s own website for $39.99 and showed as available for in-store purchase. Kevin insisted that it was an online sale price and that I needed to provide a coupon code. I literally had the Dunham’s website pulled up on my phone showing the price, but instead of looking into it or calmly explaining the policy, he continued arguing with me and insisting he was right because he “does this all day, every day.” When I responded that I regularly purchase ammunition as well, he confrontationally asked me if I “argue” like this. His demeanor made the interaction extremely uncomfortable. It reached the point where I felt like if I continued challenging him or said too much, the situation could escalate, so I honestly didn’t know what to say. No customer should feel intimidated or uncomfortable speaking to a store manager over a simple pricing question. When I told Kevin he was being disrespectful and that I would contact corporate, his response was basically “go ahead.” What made it worse was watching how dismissive he was toward the cashier who was trying to help me. He told her to find the supposed coupon online, walked away, and made it difficult for her to get his help afterward. Meanwhile, the line was being held up while she was left trying to resolve the situation. The price disagreement itself isn’t even my biggest issue. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen. My issue is how confrontational, dismissive, and unprofessional a manager was toward a customer over something that could have been calmly verified in a couple of minutes. I have already contacted Dunham’s corporate office regarding the incident. I hope they take it seriously and address how customers and employees are being treated at this location.

  Employee shoutout to a very nice lady name Linda! I had a brief but really good conversation with Linda while she cashed me out. Lina was a sunshine of joy and her energy set the tone for a good day. Lina took the time to talk to me and I could tell she really cared. Thankyou Linda- Jessica

  Keep the boomers away from the gun counter. Apparently Dunham rule (only at this one) you can’t try the slide release. Ended up getting a nice lecture on the damage it will cause, as if I’m at a collectors shop or doing it on a 1911. I can assure you a modern Glock is fine and has never been a problem at any other dunhams or big box shop
