  Good folks here. Alex and the crew jumped through hoops to get me a replacement scope overnight to keep me on time for a trip. They didn’t have to- but they heard I was on the deadline and made it happen anyways. I try to shop my favored LGS for most things but SW has the gaps covered and the customer service to back it up.

  Ordered a Lews 3700 backpack and then 2 weeks later I check on shipment and was still pending, took my money and then told me they were no longer in stock, still have yet to get my refund and won’t be receiving my order, absolutely horrible company, how can you allow one to order and pay them wait over 2 weeks then tell me you don’t have an inventory when there in fact was inventory if I was able to pay, DO BETTER!!!

  Good: Convenient to have a local sporting store, occasional good promotional prices. Bad: Everything else. Gun counter is absurdly slow and unprofessional. I only do business here if the price is worth dealing with whatever new BS they have to offer with it. I've had items dropped on the floor. I've been called in to pick up items and then refused to honor the price. I've shipped to store for pickup, and never been notified it's ready, despite them later stocking it on the shelf in regular inventory. I've ordered new items, and received obviously repackaged items with missing parts. I've spent 2+ hours waiting on a firearm transaction.
