The lady gracefully whisked them away and said she would be back in five minutes. I expected a quote, and to explain how I would do anything to get this done as quickly as possible. She came back, and they are perfect. Perfectly shaped, cleaned, and polished up. I burst into tears, because she had fixed my class ring bought for me by my grandfather, who passed away yesterday. I was going to plead anyone in town to fix it in time for his funeral. Instead she fixed it without a single hesitation, hassle, or scornful look. Thank you so much for making my day a bit brighter. You've made a loyal customer out of us for life.

I met Nanette one of the sales associates and she was so helpful and kind she guided me through the process never pressuring me to make a decision as it was a little bit of a cost. I have an antique gold and diamond watch from Cartier that was in need of repairs. I had searched literally across the country. Spoke to many watch repair places that claimed they could fix anything, well they couldn't. About 10 years later I was referred to Medawars in Frandor. Sam is not just a genius, but hes also dedicated to the highest quality of service for his customers. This man is a gem and should be protected at all cost because he is truly one of a kind in the jewelry industry! There is none other like him! I would highly recommend his store to anyone. He is worth every penny he charges for his jewelry and repair services!!! When you want quality you go see Sam and Nanette!!!!
