I kid you not, I walked in looking for some help and Kristen immediately walked me through everything I needed to know in a very kind and patient way. I’m celebrating 6 years with my girlfriend and I wanted something REAL special. Kristen listened to me talk about my girl and who she is and what she likes and we fell on a concept of a ring with custom placed gems and IT IS AMAZING. Every time I came in she was happy to go over anything and everything I needed or wanted to, and if she wasn’t there other employees were just as amazing and friendly!! (Tho I gotta say Kristen is my goat fr) Truly could not recommend this place enough!!! Will be coming back for any and all future jewelry purchases!!!

The lady gracefully whisked them away and said she would be back in five minutes. I expected a quote, and to explain how I would do anything to get this done as quickly as possible. She came back, and they are perfect. Perfectly shaped, cleaned, and polished up. I burst into tears, because she had fixed my class ring bought for me by my grandfather, who passed away yesterday. I was going to plead anyone in town to fix it in time for his funeral. Instead she fixed it without a single hesitation, hassle, or scornful look. Thank you so much for making my day a bit brighter. You've made a loyal customer out of us for life.
