- POPatrick O'KeefeMay 12, 20261.0My wife placed an order on 5/6 for store pick up at the Lansing, MI location at Eastwood Town Centre. She arrived at 7:30 pm on 5/11/26 to pick up her order. The store is “open” until 8:00 pm. They locked the doors. They scratched off the hours on the front door. She went back the following night (5/12/26) and arrived again at 7:30. The store is supposed to be open until 8:00 pm. When the store associate saw her, she ducked under the sales counter and hid under the sales counter. We called a dozen times and she would not pick up the phone. We called the customer service line and their only remedies offered were a cancellation of the order or come back tomorrow during regular business hours. No empathy from the store. No remorse. No district manager offered so I could file a complaint to shut down the store.

Simone was basically working the entire store, and she was beyond fabulous! I have been in other times when she has been there and I have always appreciated her help while shopping. Tonight she was so helpful to my husband's friend and explained what was needed to open up an Express account. She is such a gem. I honestly think she is worth her weight in gold. We will absolutely be back soon.
