  I want to give a shoutout to the manager, Heather Lee at the store in Frandor in Lansing, MI. On June 4th, I came in looking to get an arrangement for my son’s teacher for the last week of school to make her day special. Heather stepped right in and helped me to find the perfect gift! Heather was patient, kind and very helpful. Heather 1,000% showcased great customer service and did it all with a smile. People like Heather, are the reason customers keep coming back for more! She deserves recognition and a raise. ;) Great job, Heather! *I am sorry for the delay in this review being successfully submitted. I thought I successfully submitted this on June 4th, which is the day I was in the store but I recently discovered there was a tab on my phone open, with an error page for the site. Just in case the first review didn’t come through successfully, I wanted to resubmit. Thank you again Heather for an AWESOME experience and the teacher LOVED the gift! :)

  Mothers day platter delivered at 3pm on front porch Mon afternoon. Didnt know it was on my porch until 7pm- brought it inside. Put it in Refrig at 8pm. Got 1 whole strawberry off from platter before everything was covered in mold by Wed. All I got was a 'sorry' from store. Thatll be a big NEVER again Threw it out-Didn't get a pic

  Had a great experience with Colby! I needed chocolate covered strawberries at the last minute and with minutes until closing time he went above and beyond to accomadate! Thanks so much for the great service!!!
