  i’m not the type of person to leave reviews, especially if they’re negative. I understand that people go through hard times and we truly never know what people are going through. Last night my fiancé and I stopped in 20 minutes before close to quickly grab a jacket. With him being 6’7 we are unable to go to a traditional suit store. I drove an hour to meet him, and he was so excited to go to a suit store that would actually have options in his size. We knew his measurements already, and were looking to just grab something off the rack, simple, and black. It would’ve taken us about two minutes to go to the jacket section and grab this item. I understand how it can look walking in to a store right before close. However, as I tried to explain to the worker that we were quickly grabbing something off of the rack and needed no help or measurements, we were rudely Interrupted. I have never been talked to like that by a customer service worker in my entire life. She basically harassed us and yelled at us, trying to get us to tell her what we were in for. I was honestly too stunned to speak, my fiancé as well. We decided it wasn’t worth the harassment, and ended up thanking her and leaving the store empty-handed. I hope she’s not the manager, and if she is, I hope her supervisor can see this review, pull the tapes and let her know that speaking to customers the way that she did is never acceptable. As someone who works in customer service, I understand it can be frustrating to service people at the end of your shift, but at the end of the day, you should be mature enough to accept that you are getting paid to service people within the hours your business is open to the public. He works a corporate job, so we were unable to get there any earlier, and made every attempt to be kind, considerate and understanding of the stores hours. At the end of the day, we were there before close, and most definitely would have been out by close even if we had purchased something. I hope this can be a learning lesson, to extend the same kindness to future customers.

  Excellent customer service from Takara! She measured my fiancé for a suit and took the time to make sure he had the perfect fit for him. Thank you Takara!

  Great experience and great customer service. The store associate really took her time today to help me find clothes for my graduation. Definitely has a good selection of sizes, styles, and quality. I'd definitely come back to this location.

  We've been looking for dress pants for my son who is in a larger size. I found this store on Google and we decided this was our last chance for pants. Let me say this store should have been our FIRST STOP! We live about 25 minutes away so it's a little bit of a drive, but way worth the drive. The store associate; Tacara was by far AMAZING. She was helpful, professional, kind and extremely welcoming. The store was immaculate and had a huge selection of nice clothes for Big and Tall guys. The prices are a little higher than what I'm used too, but the quality of the clothes I'm sure makes it worth it. What also makes this store worth a visit is if you have a guy that needs larger sizes shopping can be an unpleasant experience, guys hate shopping anyway. But when you have a store that caters to larger sizes, has a wonderful selection of in style clothes with exceptional staff the shopping experience becomes a pleasure! My son was so happy with the visit, he felt like he could actually shop without the struggle of finding his size. We will definitely be back! I also got to use a $20 off coupon which for Mom was great! Thanks for making our shopping experience so easy.
