  Good store but the sales associates seem to be encouraged to upsell in kind of sketchy ways. Sales associate / Cashier: “I’m going to suggest we waterproof / protect your shoes using this machine right here. Are you okay if we go ahead and do that?” After asking some questions, we find out that it’s an up-charge of $12. Politely declined. I’m not sure why we couldn’t have started with that.

  The staff ignored us when we asked where a certain shoe brands was located. They were not busy when we were there, so we're not sure what the issue was. We walked out disappointed.
