  So incredibly grateful to have found A Complete Rental. They were so kind and did not charge me anything additional when I returned a portion of my rental order a week late due to a mix-up with the venue. I highly recommend using them!

  So-so experience. Kim was helpful at points and inpersonable at others. I was told over email that “we schedule delivery the week of.” The week of the wedding, Kim called my phone and my fiancé answered. She proceeded to get short with him because of their mistake of having scheduled us without first speaking to us “the week of the wedding” like I had been told, and did not taking into account when we could get into the venue so I was left to scramble and problem solve a fire that shouldn’t have even happened. Another thing I will note is a couple of days post wedding, I got a bill for $125 for missing plates, silverware, etc. Looking back into my quotes, and through my email threads with Kim, I was never told of cost of these items; however, on the quote where I had signed - in fine print it stated that by signing I agree to “charges” for missing items. Again, I was never told about or given a copy of these charges, after review of my email correspondences with Kim. - all I had was a one page quote of cost for my china order. I can see having to pay for replacements but since we paid our caterer quite a bit to wash and dry all china, I am a bit confused as to how 15 plates came up missing. Since we paid for delivery and pick up (which was way overpriced) we never went through and counted each item. In retrospect maybe we should have. Further, she didn’t even send congratulations, or hope the wedding went well, which isn’t expected but would have been a personable touch when people are spending hundreds of dollars. Instead, it was a quick email of you owe this much money - let the know how you want to pay. China was decent but nothing fancy for how much you’re paying. Delivery was overpriced for them having to deliver right down the road, well within 10 miles. Kim did go out of her way once to find me a vendor when she was unable to provide a stage which is predominately why this is getting 2 stars. TBH to the wedding planning DIY people out there - save yourself about $1000 and buy the heavy duty plastic china off of amazon. Save yourself from hidden fees, overpriced services and having to pay for dishwashing.
