  I received one of your arrangements today from my sister. She ordered from Florida and it was delivered a good 45 minutes to my home from this location and I will say the arrangements were well done, product was great and delivery was fantastic and on time. For a first time experience with edible arrangements I was very pleased as was my sister. Thank you for making my birthday a great experience with you guys ✌🏻

  Ordered a Mother’s Day delight dessert box with a Jane’s Garden vase that I never received. The desserts in the box were topped all over each other, and stuck to the side of the box

  They left my mom's Edible Arrangement and balloons in the hot sun, not on the porch. The delivery person didn't knock, ring the doorbell, or do anything. It's a blessing that my mom's neighbor was out walking her dog and rang my mom's doorbell to tell her something was left in her driveway. One of the helium balloons was even deflated. I will not use their service again. I might as well drive two hours and deliver my own gift. Poor customer service. First and last time. I usually use the Grand Blanc location. It looks like they are closed now, but they, too, were losing customer service. One last hope for Lapeer.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM STORE 706. On Saturday April 18th I ordered a few things for a relative birthday with same day delivery. I received an email stating my order was delivered it was not. I immediately called the store. An employee told me he will call me back he has to get in contact with delivery driver I waited for a call back he never called so I called the store back employee told me he can’t get in contact with the delivery driver and that there is nothing he can do about it because store was getting ready to close. I asked him ok so what’s next he said he can resend the order next day (Sunday April 19th) I told him it will be pointless and I’ll just like a full refund. He said he will talk to manager about processing my refund. Fast forward to today they are ignoring me I called over 10 times . Here I am out of over $100 .no order no refund not even an apology for the inconvenience. Also I will like to mention the employee told me that the delivery driver had a picture of my order being left by a door even though I OPT in for HAND DELIVERY. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering because as you can see I am not the first this has happened to and I can assure you I am not the last!
