  I was last minute shopping, got two different belts to buy not knowing which was going to match my outfit . I asked the nice cashier before buying what the return policy was for those belts just to be sure it was returnable. She said i can return them with the tag still on. Great , i just wanted to wear the one that best fit my outfit. Came back the next day ready for the return, A different lady was there, i came up to the register, she didnt even move an inch, she just turned her head away from the conversation she was having, I initiated the conversation by saying “ Hi , i have a return to make.” As i pull out what i had she said “uh we can do returns for those.” I didn’t even want to continue the conversation, I had felt the negative energy already in that store . There’s no point on speaking up in this store .

  Elyse is an absolutely phenomenal sales associate! Is so friendly, sweet, and amazing! Literally would go back just for her service because she is just that awesome!

  Selection wasn’t great but we found a prom dress was a little disappointed she asked if we were shopping for prom and instead of the dress bag she rolled up the garment and stuck it in a hand bag… the dress was more on the inexpensive side but still. The people before us got a more expensive dress and the lady gushed about it and put it in a proper garment bag. 3 stars because the dress was elegant and affordable and she could move in it. Lost 2 cuz really gonna roll up a prom dress?
