Shaq the manager is pretty clueless and rude. Doesn’t understand basic cannabis brands and gets an attitude when he is in the wrong. Place advertises deals for brands with 0 exclusions but once you are at the store the rules on the deal change. Bud tenders are friendly. Only positive aspect. Photo from their website advertising 50% off MI loud where once in store, they would not honor the deal.

Had a great experience at MINT Dispensary! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. The selection was great, everything was organized, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and professional. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they offer. Definitely a dispensary I’d recommend to anyone looking for quality products and great service. I’ll definitely be back!

I've been coming here for years, and unfortunately, after today, I won't be returning. I came in to get my birthday gift with purchase, something I've done every year. I've always made an effort to be polite and respectful, even though I've had multiple unpleasant interactions with the short, skinny employee with tattoos. Today, however, crossed a line. Not only was he rude, but he went as far as insulting me and then tried to brush it off as a joke. Everyone has a bad day, but repeatedly treating a customer with that level of disrespect is not acceptable. After years of being a customer, this experience has completely changed my opinion of the business. I'll be taking my business somewhere else from now on.
