  Would love to be able to find my own shoe size, rather than bug an associate to keep running back to the stock. Realize it's the job, just felt bad having them run back and forth. Otherwise, love the name brand shoe prices!

  I shared my experience at the West Main Store was described in the Dunham’s Site. My husband purchased a 22cal. rifle for me. We live in the country with many rabid critters. Unfortunately the company that produces this rifle chose to use a composite metal in part of the rifle, and due to my consistent use, that part broke prematurely. The employee which sold us my gift, is very knowledgeable about the firearms at there facility, he was/is a fantastic worker who showed us what happened, how to dismantle my rifle, and after he spoke with the store manager they both agreed to send my rifle back to the manufacturer which made the model for them to repair/replace. He advised us on a cleaning kit for my firearm. All the Employees were like talking to family members, even nicer! Our experience was VERY SATISFYING! Thank you Dunham’s, really appreciate your support, service and dedication for your customers!!

  I went to Dunham’s today to buy some new workout clothes, and they had a decent selection. But when I went to try some things on, the dressing room was absolutely filthy. Dust bunnies and dirt everywhere, trash on the floor, the bench was falling apart, cobwebs, and there was even a dirty used bandaid in the corner. The dressing room also had a 3 item limit, so before I went in, I hung the other items I had right outside the dressing room. All of it was gone when I went to grab more items. Maybe the employee who unlocked the room for me thought they had been left there, but I was holding all of it when I asked him to unlock the room. I didn’t even bother going back to look for any of it again, I just left. Way too much of a hassle and unpleasant experience for me to spend money here. Employees were polite though, I’ll give them that.

  Ann was a horrible manager she made me feel very uncomfortable my mother and I come in here way to much for her to be treating a customer like that my son is 5 years old and autistic he was very uncomfortable on how she treated me but Mike was great
