I came in last night for a pair of jeans. Bralynn helped me get my jeans before she clocked in. I find this very respectful and amazing customer service. I will be coming back.

I don’t typically leave reviews but I was really impressed with how this store handled a difficult customer situation. The staff was so calm, respectful, and professional throughout the entire interaction. They genuinely went above and beyond to listen, understand the situation, and tried to do everything they could to make this customer happy. It was refreshing to see such patience, kindness, and professionalism especially in today’s world. They truly showed that they care about their customers and want people to have a good experience here. Great job to the staff for handling the situation so well! Also the store so was clean and I found a lot of amazing deals!
