    I had my first appointment with Micheal at the JCPenny salon and I absolutely love my hair! He took the time to really listen to what I wanted and did a gorgeous dimensional color for me, with highlights, lowlights, and an all-over color. My hair had become dull and washed-out but Michael gave my hair so much depth and dimension and left it soft and shiny. I have already received so many compliments on how beautiful the color is. Highly recommend!

    Best customer service out there. I fainted in their store today, and every employee rushed to help. My man caught me and laid me on the ground, one employee got me a pillow, another employee held my feet up for me and then got a trash can to prop my feet up, an employee got me a cold wash cloth to put on my head, they gave me a free water and called 911. No one skipped a beat to help. I wish I knew their names they were the sweetest people ever. They were reassuring and asking if I was okay. The cashiers were the absolute best in that situation, the manager came to make sure everything was okay. I hope nothing like this ever happens to anyone else, but if it does JC penny is the place to be. Thank you to all those lovely people.
