  I have shopped and purchased from the Howell location for several years and have always wonderful and attentive customer service. I stopped in two weeks ago and spent 30-min in the store looking at things and walked past the cashier desk where two workers were standing there. Three other people came in after and no greeting or acknowledgment at all. I walked out with no purchase (which is rare LOL). I decided to call the manager and spoke with Debbie. She was glad I called and gave me am additional 10% off my purchase when I stopped back in. I did that today and unfortunately nothing has changed. Workers on their cell phones and 5 people in the store. Not one person acknowledged coming in or helped at all. I will be taking my business strictly to the Bircb Run outlet where so far the customer service is as excellent as Howell USED to be.

  Incredibly disappointing experience. I drove an hour to this store specifically to buy a bag, but I wasn't greeted or acknowledged by any of the staff when I walked in. When I finally asked for a specific bag, a salesperson brought it out from the back but then completely ignored me. When I asked for the price, they didn't even bother to answer or attend to me. ​After being treated like I was invisible, I walked out. Their loss—I went straight over to Coach, where the customer service was fantastic, and spent my money there instead. I won't be returning.

  Worst Customer Service I have seen in my life. (I do shop quite a lot) I recently bought a watch at this store. Right after billing, I asked them that I want to get it fitted for my wrist size. They said , the store is croweded today and I need to come in another day for this. This particular store is 1 hr drive from where I live. After a month, I went again to get it fitted. This time they gave a reason that, there are only few staffs on working today and they won’t do it for me. And I have to come another day for this. Again after a month, (ie. Two months after the purchase of this watch), I went again today to get it fitted. This time I even called the store in advance to ask, what time can I come in to get it fitted. They said, anytime in the Saturday afternoon. So I went in today. They said the person who does it is not at the store. They asked me if I had an appointment. When I called, that person told I don’t need an appointment. For the third time, I couldn’t get it fitted. I spent so much to get this watch and it’s been two months and I am still not able to wear it, just because how they treat their customers and they don’t have equipped staff members to do the basic work they need to do if they sell a watch at their store. Really disappointed.
