  Unfortunately, I had a really unpleasant experience here. The employees were not very friendly, and it honestly didn’t even seem like there were many employees around the store. The registers weren’t blocked off, and there was no one standing near them, so I accidentally walked behind the register area. I immediately apologized when I realized, but instead of simply letting me know, the employee rudely told me, “Don’t do that again.” I completely understand that customers shouldn’t be behind the registers, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily rude. A simple, polite reminder would have been enough. Definitely not the customer service experience I expected.

  Went into this establishment knowing they have what I needed. That wasn't the issue. It was the cashier clerk that led me in giving this location a two star review. To my knowledge working in sales means that every so often you might get a question about said products. Even though you may hate working there a little humanity can go a long way.

  We were just in the store to buy some things and the girl who checked us out was very rude and acted like we were a complete inconvenience!!! We had a coupon from our email, acted again like it was the biggest issue and it never came off but I wasn’t about to say anything about it since we where a huge bother to her l. Her manager might want to work on customer service training

  Called to see if they did CO2 refills for paintball. Confirmed that they did and I let them know I would be coming in. Arrived with all 5 of my kids in tow and was told that there wasn't an employee on staff who knows how to do it. That person wouldnt have been in for another hour and a half. The best solution would have been to call me back before I drove in there to let me know that it would be best that I come in later. Talk about frustrating. Dont offer services that cant consistently be provided, or make sure every employee or manager knows how to do tasks necessary to operate the store.

  Needed a fishing license ASAP at 8:45 pm. They made sure I got it for the next AM.
