  I wanted to share that I have been ordering from this location for many years, they are fantastic! Judy has great customer service skills and is always professional. Kim and Cynthia are amazing. My orders are always done right, our marketing team orders monthly and it's always on time. Highly recommended!

  I would give a negative rating of it were possible. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Mothers Day. I spent the day checking every hour for an update to my order it never came. I called the store and reached a recording saying they close at 2 pm. I got stressed and send a request via email. It was never answered. I did reach someone around 4 pm and they said they were working until 8pm it wasn’t until 8 pm that there was finally an update and it said they were 9 stops away. I was on the phone with the receiver while she was in the bath when the doorbell rang. The delivery driver wasn’t there for 30 seconds before leaving. I checked the update again and it still said they were 9 stops away. I did receive a message saying they attempted delivery. I called the number and she said she was too far to return. This experience has shown me that this location does not have the foresight to anticipate the need for additional employees on a busy day. I am highly disappointed in their service. I spent the day stressed out and my gift did not arrive as stated before 7 pm it wasn’t until 930 pm that the delivery was attempted. I will never frequent this business again.

  Kim was so helpful and courteous! The cheesecakes are amazing! And the chocolate covered strawberries are fresh and delicious! 10/10 highly recommend!
