When he asked the male staff member on duty a couple of questions all the staff member could say is "I don't know" and each time he tried to walk away without offering to get more help. He continued to walk away and headed into the back room and stood at the window of the door looking out. My husband never did get any further help as he was hoping to purchase something different than what he settled for. He thought the gentleman on duty was very rude and did not present himself in a professional way, let alone trying to get him to accommodate my husband's needs. We like shopping at Cabellas but they need to make sure that they hire staff that are willing to help people in a more professional and courteous manner.
