I was referred from sister store. Upon arriving the parking lot is spacious and clean. The lady in front was pleasant and welcoming. My bud tender Grace was super kind, informative and patient. The store is clean spacious as well. Overall satisfied and plan to shop here again!

Timber Cannabis Co did not disappoint! JJ and Mandy were extremely knowledgeable regarding the products, their effects and potency, as well as their strain breakdown. They were very friendly and went out of their way to make it easy to take care of my product needs for a quick business trip in Grand Rapids. Definitely appreciated the honesty and personal testimonials as someone who also works in sales and service. Will absolutely recommend Timber Cannabis Co to anyone looking for a great deal on quality product and superb service. Thanks Team!

Had such a great experience at Timber Cannabis this morning! Becca was absolutely amazing—super helpful, honest, friendly, and just an all-around great vibe. She made me feel comfortable, answered my questions, and helped me without making me feel rushed or pressured. It’s always nice walking into a place first thing in the morning and being greeted with such positive energy. Definitely appreciate you, Becca! 💚✨
