  I brought my team here for some time together outside of the office and we had a great time! Troy and Kris were super accommodating with scheduling a private studio rental and Lily and Emma help our group along as we worked on so many cute (and useful!) pottery pieces. There was something for everyone at all skill levels. Thank you so much for having us!

  Staff was rude and unprofessional. The person who greeted us and helped us check out was a sweetheart, but unfortunately we had a very negative experience with another member of staff. When we decided to come here we noticed their reservations were all full for the next couple of weeks. There was no option to make a reservation for the day we wanted which was totally fine! Instead we called to make sure they were open the day we wanted and let them know our party size and asked if they could accommodate it. We also let them know it was no problem at all if they weren’t able to find the room or space for us as a walk in group especially because we had 8 people we understood it may not be possible. They said we should come in and put our names on the waitlist that day. We arrived earlier in the day to put our group on the wait list exactly as they said. Then when they let us know our table was ready we immediately let them know we were on our way and let them know our eta to make sure that would be okay. My partner and I arrived shortly before the rest of our group and got started. I noticed a member of staff giving us what I can only describe as glares from across the room throughout our time there. A little while later this same person came up to let us know they closed in an hour. We said thank you and finished up our pieces. As we all finished checking out and made our way to the doors, this person come over again and began lecturing my partner. They said “So…you’re not in trouble or anything but next time you need to make a reservation to have a table reserved.” We politely explained that we tried to but it wasn’t an option and when we called they told us we could just come in and put our names on the waitlist. It also said online that walk ins were welcomed, but we still opted to give them as much notice as possible including opportunities to say no. They countered this again and said it was basically really inconvenient for them to have to keep the table open and all the staff were talking in the back about how annoying it was. Though I can see how that might be an inconvenience, I fear it is a very small one. Keep in mind, the time between when the table became free and when we got there was 25 minutes and they knew it would be since we told them that. We did all the steps we were told to do and at any point they could have said “I’m sorry we cannot accommodate you guys.” And it would have been a non issue. I don’t’ think it’s very professional to complain about a service you provide and a group you chose to accommodate. I also found it rude to approach my partner in front of their group like that and tell them that all the employees had been talking shit about our groups request that they CHOSE to accommodate. I feel that if this situation made them realize they don’t want to accommodate a large party on a wait list again the professional thing to do would be to just learn from that and let other groups know doing forward, perhaps even update the website. Not trying to put down your customers because you regretted your choice to accommodate them. I sincerely hope this employee realized afterword that even if they said we weren’t in trouble (whatever that means) that it’s still not okay to make us feel bad about a lack of communication amongst staff.

  We had the best time! Olivia was the best, there was a wait but we got in pretty quickly after that. There was ton of supplies there to work with. I made a honey pot and I still use it every day.

  This place is great!! It’s definitely busy but for a reason! It is so fun and all the staff are super nice, helpful, and professional. Especially Olivia, the manager, she will get you right. Lots of options to paint and just a great choice.

  I came in to paint with my two kids on Thursday. They were super excited to paint! We got seated and awaited instructions, however we waited 15 minutes, and did not receive instructions on how to paint. It was busy, but we felt completely forgotten about. We got up to pick out our paints, and staff ushered us back to our seats, asking us if we got instructions before picking out paints, and we said we did not. It felt uncomfortable especially when my kids were excited to paint. I would not recommend this studio to paint at. If you come, maybe not on a Saturday when it’s really busy, lots of staff were turning people away since they close at 5pm. Kids still had fun but not what was advertised online, “walk-ins welcome whenever” didn’t feel truthful.
