  Waste of time to sell clothes they will low ball you & not even buy brand new name brand clothes with tags and in packaging. A joke.

  Went in there with my sister in law. We're from up north, but was in grand rapids for my sons college orientation. We had a break and time to kill, so we went in there. I looked around, and must have been asked four times by some guy there if I was finding everything ok, and we were only there for 20 minutes. He then proceeded to follow me to every aisle I went down. I am black and my sister in law is white. They didnt bother her nor follow her at all. I will never go back, and if your black, I would suggest skipping this place all together.

  Staff is not friendly or helpful. I’ve tried different days and times and at this point it feels like it’s a requirement to be rude to work here. Reselling is nice if you have 1-4 hours of other things you need to do in the area. Every time I come here I’m reminded why I avoid it.
