  I gave only 2 stars because I went in there with a very inexpensive watch that needed a new battery. When I had the battery replaced last , was at a different Jeweler and was only $5. Medawar wanted to charge me $45. I would understand the price better for more expensive watches, but again this was a very inexpensive watch so I was not willing to pay that price and decided to go back to the other Jeweler.

  I’ve visited Paul Medawar Fine Jewelry numerous times throughout the past few years. Every time I walk in, the staff is quick to offer a friendly greeting along with their expert level assistance and knowledge. I’ve mostly worked with Adrian who is a total expert on their wide selection of watches. His knowledge on the style and craftsmanship of all their luxury brands is beyond impressive. I often find myself having a great time just talking with him and learning about the intricate details and history of the different brands they carry. This ultimately resulted in me purchasing a Grand Seiko with the most amazing “snowflake” dial and brilliantly polished metal. I’m in awe every time I wear it. Throughout my visits, I’ve seen all of the staff eager to help every customer. From walk-ins who just need a simple battery replacement to customers with complex custom jewelry designs, or couples looking for the perfect engagement ring, the staff at Paul Medawar provide the highest level of customer service. If you check out their Facebook page or Instagram account, you can also see the pride they take in their profession. Adrian and Dan often post short watch review videos explaining the history, style, and quality of many timepieces they carry. It’s a great way to learn about these pieces in your free time. Shopping at Paul Medawar will leave you with a beautiful, high quality collection, as well as a new found knowledge of the jewelry you will wear for years to come.

  The Medawar Team is fantastic! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Adrian, Jennifer, and Dan, and they’ve all been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I’m sure anyone on their team would provide the same great experience. I’ve purchased multiple timepieces from different brands, as well as jewelry, and every experience has been smooth, fun, and welcoming. Thanks for consistently making it such an enjoyable process! More shopping will be done there for many many years to come!
