  The Medawar Team is fantastic! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Adrian, Jennifer, and Dan, and they’ve all been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I’m sure anyone on their team would provide the same great experience. I’ve purchased multiple timepieces from different brands, as well as jewelry, and every experience has been smooth, fun, and welcoming. Thanks for consistently making it such an enjoyable process! More shopping will be done there for many many years to come!

  Had another great experience at Paul Medawar Fine Jewelry store. I purchased an awesome Tudor Royal watch from Adrian, who by the way is a watch guru, and received the VIP treatment. Adrian gave me a true luxury watch purchase experience by having me open the box for the reveal, sizing it for me so it fits perfectly and going over every detail of the watches features, functions, warranty and included documents and accessories. I truly love this watch and the whole purchase experience I received. This store is immaculate and all of the staff are very friendly, helpful and true professionals. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fine jewelry and a great shopping experience. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you. Dave

  Purchased a Grand Seiko after trying it on here several months prior. It wasn’t in stock currently, but they had it in 7 days later, sooner than expected. I felt everyone we interacted with was welcoming and kind, Dan especially.

  I’ve been shopping at Medawar Jewelry since 2018, and I can honestly say they’ve been consistently great over the years. Every time I go in, the experience is smooth, professional, and straightforward. Dan has always been the one I work with, and he’s been outstanding from day one. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you’re comfortable with your decision. That kind of consistency over multiple years says a lot. The quality of their jewelry is excellent, and the customer service is always top tier. It’s hard to find a place you can trust long term, but Medawar, especially Dan, has definitely earned that. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
