You know when you walk into Maurices you’re going to be greeted if you’re shopping and you have a few items in your hand a sales clerk always comes up and ask, would you like a fitting room or when you’re in a fitting room they always come and check on you to see if you need another size a different color it’s just something I love about Maurice’s However, the Maurice is in Grand Rapids at this location is terrible. I only come here because it’s on my way home from work. The staff never greet you. I always have to ask for a fitting room when my arms are full. I have been left in the waiting room waiting on a size. Then they never come back to tell me yes they had it or no, but they can order it. Somebody definitely needs to check in on this location.

I do find that the staff could be a bit more helpful, they don’t really greet customers and definitely don’t help while shopping. I’m pretty easy though and don’t usually need much help, and if I do, am not afraid to find someone to ask.
