  my fiance bought a ring to surprise me took the ring out it was two and one the smaller one had a faint crack in it tag still on it put it back in the box that came in had them take it back to the store and they wanted to argue back and forth like someone wore the ring which I never put the ring on I inspected the ring and found out that it had to crack and instead of them taking accountability it was more arguing on the African-American man who was the cashier want to go back and forth and the manager came over basically didn't say too much but my thing is I can see if I want a ring and needed them to send it out to have it replaced due to me cracking it but that wasn't the case it was already damaged before I even got to put it on and the tag was still on it mind you. just poor customer service all the way around it should have never been no back and forth it should have been let us correct the issue at hand.

  This place has horrible management. I was with a group of friends trying to find bathing suits for a trip we are taking soon. I didn’t buy one because they are so overpriced so only my friend bought one. We had an employee help us pick out some bathing suits and she was so sweet and walked us to the closest register which was in the makeup department. Her manager (name was Lynn) walked up to us and rudely asked her employee “what are you doing?” When the employee replied she was helping us find the closest check out the manager had then asked her “what else are you doing?” The employee told her helping us pick out bathing suits. It felt like the manager was profiling my friends and I because she turned to us as we were checking out and said “why are you guys empty handed?” And was trying to push us to buy something. The employee was a mutual friend of mine and was helping us get a discount when the manager started berating the employee in front of us and two other employees. It was very dehumanizing to see and quite disgusting to see management treat their employee that way. When we were leaving we overheard the manager disrespectfully talking about the employee and make a comment along the lines of “no wonder she brought them to this checkout” as if accusing us of trying to steal. I will never come back to this place.

  The store manager, Lynn, is verbally abusive and dehumanizing to employees. I stopped inside to buy a bathing suit and say a quick hi to my sister, who is 17 and had only been working there about a little over a week. I got my bathing suit and asked her for help finding a checkout. My sister walked me to the checkout and offered to pay for my swimsuit. She believed since she was paying for it, she could use her discount. Then comes Lynn, immediately condescending, asking my sister “what she’s doing over here” and we explained. Lynn immediately goes off on my sister saying the discount is “only for dependent family” and that none of “these people ” (referring to my friends) are. My sister said she was paying and she still didn’t care. Even if that’s store policy, unacceptable to talk to a 17 year old new employee, especially IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS that way. She then demanded my sister “get back to work.” After my sister left, Lynn proceeded to talk shit about my sister with another employee, right in front of me. I left and texted my sister asking if she was okay, and she said no. Lynn came back and tried to make her feel even more stupid and made her cry. So I went back to return the bathing suit and check on my sister. Lynn followed me, and asks if I’m there to “pick her up or something.” I said no I came to return to something, and she told me “okay you can leave then.” My friend and I asked for their corporate number and she gave us a wrong number. Absolutely unacceptable, don’t work here, don’t let your kids work here, and I hope Lynn is let go immediately. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior.
