When my call was reanserewed, a lady said she was having problems with the wands. She took my information, found my order asked where i was parked. Said she'd bring my order right out and she did.

After I took them home, I realized that the waist was a little too snug for me, so I took them back for an exchange. The sales associate, Lilly, was very helpful! She processed my return and looked up inventory to see if the store had a larger waist size - they did! Sure enough, there was the pair of Docker's on the shelf, and I tried them on for a perfect fit. I returned to the checkout and we completed the exchange. Overall, an excellent shopping experience for my new men's pants. Thank you Lilly!
- JCJohnny CashSep 7, 20261.0I just wanna point out me and my husband were at the salon in jc pennys today some time this morning and the manager In The salon her name is Lynn and she is super unprofessional yelling at employees and kept saying how she hates her job idk I won’t be coming back scared me away as a customer when I been shopping here for 20 years I will say the rest of the staff is really friendly and more then willing to help anyone without question or denial it’s a shame how one person with a negative personality can change a perspective of another it’s even more sad that it’s the department manager that acts like a child not professional
